The 17th Oyster Opening Championship was held at Green’s Restaurant
& Oyster Bar in Cornhill in the city of London. Eleven competitors
from restaurants and pubs from across the country took part in the
annual event. The winner wins a place in the world finals held in
Galway, Ireland.
