&amp;lsquo;Major Culinary Challenge&amp;rsquo;, organised by the Craft Guild of Chefs in
association with Major International at Westminster Kingsway College in London.
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;In what was his first
professional chef&amp;rsquo;s competition, Tibor competed live in the &amp;lsquo;Open Main Course
Fish Dish&amp;rsquo; for two, which allowed 30 minutes to prepare, cook and present two
portions of a fish main dish course of his choice. Dishes had to reflect
seasonality and sustainability and contain a suitable starch and/or vegetable as
an accompaniment. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Tibor&amp;rsquo;s menu featured roulade
of salmon and baby spinach wrapped in potato and horseradish crust, served with

recently, as she revelled in her 15 minutes of fame, appearing in a Daily
Mirror feature in celebration of women who&amp;rsquo;s holiday snaps propelled them into
losing a substantial amount of weight. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Sarah, 40, who is a petite
5ft 5in, was a size 20 at her biggest 5 years ago, weighing in at a curvaceous 14st.
Today, the new slender Sarah has lost a remarkable 4st 3lbs, slimming down to a
size 10-12 and weighing in at 9st 11lbs. &lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Sarah says: &amp;ldquo;My Rosemary
Conley Diet &amp;amp; Fitness Club put me forward for the feature. I gave the Daily
Mirror a photo of me dressed in a bikini five years ago on holiday in Greece. I
really hate that photo. When I look at it now, I think, how did I manage to get
so big? When I returned home and saw it I knew I couldn&amp;rsquo;t hide from the truth
any longer. I had done other eating plans and faddy diets in the past, but
nothing had really worked. My weakness was wine and crisps. But those holiday
photos spurred me on to join the local Rosemary Conley diet and fitness class.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;ldquo;The key for me was eating
sensibly and doing the exercise session at the classes. Before this time, I&amp;rsquo;d

&lt;p&gt;The VIP guests were served a buffet style meal consisting of Beef Bourguignon, herby lemon chicken, courgette and goats cheese tart, garlic mashed potatoes, glazed carrots, vegetable medley, stir-fry broccoli and a full salad bar.
