The new Homebake brochure from 7 Day Catering, features a range of hand made and home baked cakes using only fresh, natural ingredients and no artificial colourings or preservatives. Developed and designed by Executive Chef, Chris Ince, the collection includes a new range of round cakes, consistent with the current High Street trend for displaying cakes whole.
Prior to the launch of the brochure, 20 Champions from across the business were invited to a Champion Training Day to trial run and produce the new range of cakes. Teams worked together to check every aspect of the recipes, including production methods, baking times, portioning and presentation, with all feedback collated by Executive Chef, Chris Ince. Champions were then tasked to share what they had learnt on the day within their respective teams.
