Royal Haskoning event at The College Garden, Westminster Abbey on Friday 29th June.
Set
in an urban rooftop garden with an oriental theme with beautiful water
features with authentic raked rock gardens. Boutique luxury London based
caterers Cooks & Partners supplied the delicious canapés at the
unique live sushi station and pudding stations. The mouth watering
canapé and bowl food menu included: Crisp tempura floured prawns with
dried chilli and wasabi mayonnaise; Tandoori spiced quail roti with mint
yoghurt; Harissa spiced red mullet with fattoush salad and pomegranate;
French bean and beetroot salad with Somerset goat’s cheese and a caper
and red wine vinegar dressing with delicious puddings including Lime and
ricotta tart with London honey cream; Tasting plate of English cheeses
with home-made oatcakes to name a few! The signature cocktail on offer
was an Apple and White Rum Mojito.
