Alternative Turkey, Cranberry & Brie Tortilla Layer

A tasty, alternative way to serve turkey this Christmas or a great way to use up any leftovers!
Serves 10
Ingredients
· 50ml Vegetable oil
· 250g Diced onion
· 3tsp Schwartz for Chef Garlic in Oil
· 4tsp Schwartz for Chef Ground Cinnamon
· 4tsp Schwartz for Chef Ground Cumin
· 4tsp Schwartz for Chef Ground Coriander
· 1.4.kg Minced turkey
· 400g Tinned tomatoes, chopped
· 2Tbsp Schwartz for Chef Cranberry Sauce
· 5 Tortilla
· 200g Sliced Brie
Method
- Heat the oil in a pan and sweat off onions and garlic with the ground cinnamon, ground cumin and ground coriander
- Add the minced turkey and brown
- Add the chopped tomatoes and cranberry sauce and cook for a further 40 minutes. If using leftover roast turkey, add at this stage and heat through
- To assemble, lightly toast the tortilla and lay the first one on a greased baking tray. Place ¼ of the turkey mixture on top. Repeat 3 more times
- Place the final tortilla on the stack and cover with the sliced brie
- Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and golden brown
- Slice like a cake and serve
