Chelsea Football Club have ended a week of hospitality menu tastings
ahead of the 2012-13 football season. In the last week, the club has
hosted more than 300 people across four different menu tasting events.
Including Chef’s Table menus, Plated dining menus, Executive Club menus
and Private Box menus, the tastings cover all hospitality areas within
the club, presenting guests with different menus and specifically
matched wines.
Pictures attached show the tasting for the Executive Club level
hospitality, in which guests were provided with a preview of 12 menus
for the 2012-13 football season, including 22 starters, 36 main courses
and 22 desserts as well as several live cooking demonstrations.
All Chelsea FC's menus focus on British seasonal produce, including
British vegetables, meat, fish and cheese and will be prepared entirely
in-house on match days by Levy Restaurants. The tastings encourage
hospitality members to provide feedback on the food and wine, as well as
meet the team behind the creations, interact with chefs, the Chelsea FC
hospitality team and waiters.
