CFSP (Certified Food Service Professional) is a group who have studied and passed the new industry specific professional qualification for the UK foodservice industry. It is operated by CESA (Catering Equipment Suppliers Association) which is already an established & highly regarded body within the industry.
CESA’s objective is to help improve the levels of professionalism in the sector by creating a universally recognised and respected industry ‘standard’ for knowledge and experience. It covers establishing a food service facility, the systems, equipment, labour and operational requirements, both front and back of house.
This group has been set up for those who are taking the qualification and want to meet fellow students to exchange ideas and news.
