if a customer runs up a £300 bill in a hotel, then leaves during the night without telling anyone, why would he think he wouldn't have to pay when the staff contacted the following day,????
i am told that he doesn't understand why we want paying !!!

can anyone help. or tell me if they have come across customers who are just as stupid.
Does seem like an odd way to behave... what was his excuse for not paying?
