Hi,

I'm a freelance journalist writing for various national newspapers and magazines.I'm researching a piece for a national daily paper about the problems people in the hospitality industry have encountered with Tripadvisor. As the reviews are anonymous some people feel that they can write pretty much anything they want with no fear of either prosecution or being called to account for their opinions. I'd like to speak to anyone in the industry who has had problems with false and negative reviews on Tripadvisor - if you were threatened, blackmailed or simply had untrue accusations made againt you I'd very much like to hear from you. You can contact me on franceschilds_uk@yahoo.co.uk   I have a deadline looming so would appreciate speedy responses.

Many thanks,

Frances
