    Well done to Lisa Allen getting through to the next round! The rabbit parcel was fantastic - but gutted for Aiden. Just watched the fish course for the central region - I thought Daniel's looked like a great summer dish. Tough scoring from the judge Glynn though!

    This week looks like its going to be an entertaining one - the banter between Aiden Byrne and Johnnie Mountain is great, but their food styles are world's apart! I mean serving suet pudding to Prince Charles on a polystyrene tray?? Is he mad?

    Just seen on eGullet that two of the Northern Ireland chefs are Niall McKenna of James Street South and Brian McCann of Shu .
