Following on from my first book (How to be a Hotel Receptionist), I am working on a massively complex project... The 'Big Book of Hotel Standards' which is aiming to provide a reference guide, checklists, and details on hotel standards and how to increase, maintain and refine standards within hotels.
I would be interested to hear from anyone who would like to pass on their own advice, or even provide a 'top tip' for use in the book by others. I am also looking for anyone's opinions on the bea way to implement standards etc within hotels.
Looking forward to hearing from people.
I was a Senior Hotel Inspector for 13 years and now run a training and consultancy company. Standards is key to what we do. Happy to help if we can.
I own a guest experience feedback company and would be happy to help. Tip - dont make it massively complex, keep it simple!
