Last saw the great and the great embark in to Grosvenor House, Park Lane London to celebrate the best of hospitality at the annual Catey awards.
Elena Salvoni was one of the big winners at tonight's Cateys, picking up the Lifetime Achievement Award at the hospitality industry Oscars.
Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons picked up two Cateys: the Hotel of the Year - Group award and the Manager of the Year Catey, which was awarded to its general manager Philip Newman-Hall.
Last year's winners of the Restaurateur of the Year - Independent Cateys, Chris and Jeff Galvin, devised the meal at the Grosvenor House cooking for the 1,000 plus guests.
What did you think to the night? Did any winners surprise you? Did you enjoy the meal? Let us know your thoughts...

Personally, I'd like to see C&H blow the Cateys open onto an international footing - The event can't be likened to the Oscars, surely, from such a small pool of candidates. Lets get Rene and Noma fighting it out against the best London, New York and Paris have to offer and see who prevails. Great opportunity to create an international judging panel too. Imagine it! Visionary!
