Now set to publish the third report of its kind, The Green Paper 2012 will testify how chef’s and operator’s attitudes have changed over the last four years and highlight the key steps being taken to make the foodservice industry a more responsible sector. To continue this legacy in 2012, Gram has joined up with some of the industry’s leading channel associations and wants your help to make this the most comprehensive report to date.
