ITN anchor man Alastair Stewart to quiz Compass Group boss Ian Sarson for Arena

Compass Group boss Ian Sarson will be in the spotlight at the next Arena face-to-face event this September.

Sarson, group managing director of the caterer's UK and Ireland business, will be interviewed by ITN anchor man Alastair Stewart.

Stewart will quiz Sarson on his hospitality career in the UK and overseas, his contribution to the evolution of the Compass business and his opinions and predictions for contract catering and the wider hospitality industry.

The event will take place at London's Dorchester hotel on 24 September.
