More Zizzis on the way

Pizza restaurant chain Ask Central is to open three more of its Zizzi restaurants by Christmas.

The group, which has 100 Ask pizza restaurants and 38 Zizzis, a slightly more upmarket chain that uses traditional wood-burning ovens, is to open restaurants in Brighton, Reading and Norwich over the next few weeks.

A spokesman said that the company was in line with its plans to open 25-30 restaurants each year - mainly outside London.
