Purbeck Ice Cream - Hotel and Catering Show

Purbeck Ice Cream will offer samples of the latest flavours of the Dorset multi-award winning, entirely natural ice-creams and sorbets produced in the Purbecks.

Three new flavours are being launched - Green Tea ice-cream, Pomegranate and Quince sorbets and Bucks Fizz sorbet to celebrate the company's 20th anniversary.

All Purbeck Ice Cream is made on the farm using local fresh milk and thick double cream, natural ingredients and no artificial or added colours. All products are gluten-free, contain no nuts, eggs or GMOs and are suitable for vegetarians.
