£13,000 rise for Oriental boss

ORIENTAL Restaurants managing director Hock Ann Chua enjoyed a £13,755 boost to his pay packet, which increased by 7.25% to £203,755 for the last financial year.

Operations director Richard Miller received a bonus of £3,191, bringing his total pay to £63,191.

The Oriental group is set to open its eighth restaurant next month in London'sBishopsgate.
