Felixstowe buyer for Ipswich wine bar café

The Saints Wine Bar Café in the Norfolk town of Ipswich is a first venture into catering for new owner, Catharine Jones from Felixstowe.

It is located on the ground floor of a mixed residential and commercial development at 3a St Peter’s Street, within the main licensed circuit between the waterfront and the town centre.
 
The venue, which serves light and healthy food during the day and has a strong takeaway trade, can seat 40 customers inside and another 28 outside on the patio.

New owner Jones plans to expand the evening trade.

The Ipswich office of Christie + Co sold the brand-new, 25-year lease on behalf of owner Zac Boyce off a guide price of £65,000, with annual rent starting at £23,000.
