Midlands-based restaurant operator Le Bistrot Pierre is to open its ninth outlet with the launch of a new restaurant at the Crescent Hotel in Ilkley, Yorkshire.
The company, which currently operates restaurants in Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Leamington Spa, Sheffield, Harrogate and Stratford-upon-Avon will open the new site next month.
The launch forms part of an increased debt facility provided by NatWest, which also includes funding for a £300,000 refurbishment of Le Bistrot Pierre's existing sites in Leicester and Sheffield.
The new Ilkley outlet will comprise a 90-seat restaurant along with an ale house with 11 guest bedrooms.
Launched 17 years ago, Le Bistrot Pierre is run by directors Robert Beacham and John Whitehead and was established after the collapse of the Pierre Victoire group.
Commenting on the new launch, Beacham said: "This is a very exciting year for us. Ilkley is a big investment for us, and will see us develop our first ale house, alongside a move into providing guest accommodation.
"The refurbishment of both our Leicester and Sheffield sites, as well as the establishment of Ilkley, demonstrates that we are committed to growing the business further."
