Seafood moves Woodward

Woodward Foodservice has added a luxury crab, salmon and prawn tartlet to its Christmas range of frozen starters. The tartlets are in a cheese pastry case with a light crab sauce as a binder and topped with white crab meat and red pepper. They come in cases of 12 and are thaw and serve. Once defrosted, shelf life is two days.
