Independent caterer Pabulum has revealed a bumper crop of contract wins this summer adding £1.8m to the company’s annual turnover.
Education catering specialist Pabulum won seven new school and college contracts as well as a deal providing hot and cold food at charity Scope’s head office in London.
Jonathan Gawthrop, managing director of Pabulum, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to have won so many contracts over the summer months – testimony, we believe, to our philosophy of providing a tailor-made service to our customers, rather than the traditional one-size-fits-all approach adopted by so many of our competitors.”
The new wins are in addition to contracts to cater at five Berkshire primary schools and the College of Haringey in north-east London, which have already been announced.
