CLAUDE and Tammy Mariaux, owners of Tummies Bistro in Chippenham, Slough, are opening another restaurant in April.
They are turning a run-down, former biker's pub into a fresh pasta and pizza restaurant called Spaggo's.
The pub, on a 10-year leasehold from Inde Coope, cost them £20,000. They plan to spend a further £50,000 cultivating a "mismatched" theme from some of the fittings they inherited under the leasehold, and other collections.
