Five ethnic sauces from Country Range

Caterers can tap into the growing appetite for ethnic cuisines - which had a retail value of £1.3b in 2008 - at minimum cost and time using a new, five-strong line of ready-to-use sauces from Country Range.

The options include Balti Curry Sauce - a mix of tomatoes, cumin and coriander leaves; Tomato & Chilli Sauce; Jalfrezi Curry Sauce - a medium-hot sauce with onion, coconut milk and peppers; a medium-hot Madras Curry Sauce; and Rogan Josh Curry Sauce, another medium-hot flavour made with onions and peppers.

All are free from gluten and wheat and are sold in 2.25kg easy-dispense tubes.
