Students win scholarships

The Foundation for the Future, the charitable division of the International Hotel & Restaurant Association (IH&RA), has awarded scholarships to nine hospitality students from countries as far afield as Lithuania, China and Uganda.

The students were selected from more than 60 applicants who were assessed by national hotel and restaurant associations belonging to the IH&RA all over the world.

The winners, aged between 24 and 35, will be able to attend summer programmes at international hotel schools.
