THE tracing of meat and its dietary importance will be among the topics discussed at the 12th World Meat Congress taking place in Dublin, Ireland, from 17 to 20 May.
Organised by the Irish Food Board, Bord Bºa, on the 25th anniversary of the International Meat Secretariat, the congress will also look at how meat is marketed throughout the world and how countries can market it with confidence.
