D&D London’s Orrery appoints Shana Dilworth as restaurant manager

D&D London's Orrery in Marylebone has appointed its head sommelier, Shana Dilworth, as restaurant manager. American Dilworth has experience in both food and wine and brings a wealth of knowledge from more than 10 years in the industry, in the US and UK. She joined the team at Orrery in February last year and her previous roles have included head sommelier at Skylon, restaurant manager and wine director at Andaz hotel, and assistant manager and sommelier at Jardinière in San Francisco.
