Bar firm Kornicis Group has opened the latest of its Jamies wine bars in London.
The new site, on Tudor Street just off Fleet Street, is called the Witness Box.
The 150-capacity venue is split over two floors and features a formal restaurant and a number of bar areas including an outside terrace.
Over 20 wines will be available by the glass, alongside a British-themed menu.
Chief executive Nick Tamblyn said: "We spend time with our management and staff and pay particular attention to training and service standards over the whole estate. Having a friendly and approachable team is key in the City, and we are proud of the service we provide at Jamies."
During the year to 30 September 2012 the company’s three new units, all trading as Jamies wine bars, produced a return on capital of 38%, according to Kornicis.
Further acquisitions are planned for 2013 which also includes a major refurbishment planned for the end of January which will see the London Bridge unit transform into a flagship Jamies Wine Bar.
