Brookwood Partnership wins £3m of school catering deals

Independent education caterer the Brookwood Partnership has added £3m of business to the company's annual turnover for the start of the new school term.

The company will be taking on the catering provision for seven schools in London, Hertfordshire and West Sussex this month. Brookwood will be increasing the number of meals served each day by 1,500 and it will recruit 40 new employees.

Graham Sibthorp, managing partner at Brookwood, said: "With a wide choice and limited time, clients will choose a company they know and trust. Our approach is about rebuilding long term relationships and delivering an unbeatable food experience, first time, every time."

Brookwood Partnership recently established in the North of England following requests from Bursars to operate in other parts of the UK.
