Compass Group's Levy Restaurants brand has won a multimillion-pound catering contract at Leeds United Football Club.

The new deal, which has an option to extend, will see Levy provide catering on both match days and non-match days.

Levy will assume responsibility for all food and drink throughout the Elland Road stadium's retail concessions, hospitality operation and conference and banqueting offer.

Neil MacLaurin, business development director of Compass, said: "Levy Restaurants is committed to building on the legacy of this historic club and we look forward to working with the team to deliver an amazing match day and non-match day experience by enhancing the high standards that are already in place."

Shaun Harvey, Leeds United FC chief executive, added: "Levy Restaurants impressed us with their passion for great food and commitment to delivering consistently excellent service standards."

The contract will commence on 1 October.
