Thistle becomes first UK hotel group to gain full Vegetarian Society accreditation

Thistle Hotels has become the first and only UK hotel group to gain Vegetarian Society accreditation across its full vegetarian menu offer.

More than a quarter of Thistle's menu is suitable for vegetarians, with the dishes offering real variety and choice to diners.

Specialities, including panzanella salad, Singapore noodles and chickpea, sweet potato & spinach curry, feature on menus UK-wide across Thistle's 30 hotels.

Robert Housden, director of food & beverage at Thistle, commented: "We're extremely proud to be recognised as the only UK hotel group to offer vegetarians a wealth of excellent menu choices.

"Thistle's restaurants are going from strength to strength, and we are always looking for ways to develop our menus to offer even more choice and high quality options to all our diners."
