Thistle Hotels has become the first and only UK hotel group to gain Vegetarian Society accreditation across its full vegetarian menu offer.
More than a quarter of Thistle's menu is suitable for vegetarians, with the dishes offering real variety and choice to diners.
Specialities, including panzanella salad, Singapore noodles and chickpea, sweet potato & spinach curry, feature on menus UK-wide across Thistle's 30 hotels.
Robert Housden, director of food & beverage at Thistle, commented: "We're extremely proud to be recognised as the only UK hotel group to offer vegetarians a wealth of excellent menu choices.
