Bath Ales launches Summer's Hare seasonal ale

Tuesday 1st May 2012 16:37

Independent brewer Bath Ales has launched its latest seasonal brew, called Summer's Hare.

The brewer said the beer is light, hoppy and "well balanced with some fruit and malt". It has been brewed using pale Maris Otter floor-malted barley and a mix of Bramling Cross and Chinook hops.

The beer will be available in cask (3.9% ABV) until the end of August.

Head brewer Gerry Condell said: "It's hard to believe it, but summer is just around the corner! We can't do anything about the sunshine, but we can lift everyone's spirits."
