Celebrity chef Marco Pierre White will be the main attraction during his three-day tour in Singapore (25-27 April 2012) as he unveils Unilever Food Solutions' new Chefmanship Centre and cooks up a storm at the World Gourmet Summit using Knorr Sauces, Bouillons, Herbs and Spice Purées.
Well known for his innovative techniques, he is now working with Unilever Food Solutions South East Asia to strengthen the Knorr brand overseas.
White says of the Knorr portfolio: "Chefs need to work smart and think 'how can I be inventive and creative, without compromising my position, but still deliver great-tasting dishes?' Knorr ingredients can help chefs to achieve this. They're consistent and enhance the flavour of whatever you're cooking."
Paving the way for Peter Joyner, food development director at Elior UK, who beat four other finalists to win the UK's Knorr Blue Dragon recipe competition last month. Joyner will travel to Thailand in May to enjoy professional masterclasses in Bangkok and Phuket.
White will also visit Australia in May, as part of his wider international Knorr culinary tour.
