Robert Quehan joins Macdonald Botley Park hotel as head chef
Robert Quehan has joined the four-star Macdonald Botley Park hotel, golf & spa near Southampton as head chef. He will work with a team of six, responsible for the hotel's AA rosette fine-dining Winchester Restaurant, event catering, and conference and banqueting suites. He joins the hotel after five years spent running his own restaurant, the Chesil Rectory, in Winchester.
