Andy Hilton appointed head chef at Green Room restaurant

Andy Hilton has been appointed head chef at the Green Room restaurant at the Green House hotel, Bournemouth. He started his career in a big banqueting hotel in Torquay and past experience also includes stints at the five-star Royal Crescent in Bath. Hilton joins with the aim of continuing the environmentally friendly practices of the restaurant.
