USP Developed from Falcon's award-winning Dominator series of commercial cooking equipment to provide greater practicality and performance.

Details The new line features a sleek, modern curved design; laser-etched control panel markings that will not fade; and a suiting system that allows equipment to be fastened together with ease and speed. New products include polished steel griddles, high-capacity bratt pans, and pasta cookers.

Range The line-up includes nine ranges, five boiling tables, six general purpose ovens and five fryers, all offering gas and electric versions. There are also four gas radiant chargrills, four gas steel griddles, a four-zone induction top with fan-assisted electric oven; and a four-zone induction boiling table.
