Eleven former Laurel Group pubs are up for sale.
Fleurets and DTZ are marketing the properties, which are trading as Yates's, are owned by in-administration Yates Propco.
The 11 sites are in: Barrow-in-Furness, Bournemouth, Croydon, Durham, Huddersfield, Leeds, Nottingham, Reading, Weston-super-Mare, Weymouth, and Woking.
The sites are let to the Hops Pub Company and guaranteed by Barley Pub Company and Town & City Pub Company.
Rents for the sites range from £86,161 to £394,544 per year, subject to an annual uplift of 2.5% throughout the term.
The guide prices range from £850,000 to £3.5m. The guide price for the entire portfolio is £21.6m.
Laurel Group went into administration in 2008. Its brands included Slug & Lettuce, La Tasca and Yates's bars, along with Ha Ha Bar & Grill and Litten Tree restaurants.
Hops Pub Company bought the leasehold in a number of the bars and restaurants in 2008.
