Dave Lythall becomes head chef at Holiday Inn Manchester-MediaCityUK
Dave Lythall has joined the Holiday Inn Manchester-MediaCityUK as head chef. Prior to joining the Holiday Inn, Lythall was executive sous chef at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate hotel for two-and-a-half years.
He previously worked in restaurants in Cheshire, followed by restaurant openings in Liverpool and Manchester such as the Restaurant Bar & Grill, City Inn and Room.
