Comenda PRO warewashers from Dawson

Two new pass-through hood warewashers and nine significantly upgraded models make up the new Comenda PRO range from Dawson, which offers seven under-counter glass- and warewashers and four hood models.

The WRAS-approved line was designed to provide lower water and chemical consumption, improved energy efficiency and lower operating costs.

All models feature electronic control panels, double-skinned tanks and cabinets, rinse control devices and safety thermostats, and more than half are available in multi-power configurations.

The new PROhood 1 (LC411) and PROhood 3 (C800E) offer improved cleaning performance by increasing the time water and detergent is in contact with the dishes.

Both have a 21-litre deep-drawn wash tank with a self-draining pump that reduces the quantity of rinse water needed. The main frame, body and washing system is made from rugged 18/10 stainless steel for a long life.
