Miso to sell three of ten sites

by Neil Gerrard, Tuesday 15th June 2010 11:35

Noodle bar chain Miso is selling three of its ten sites for a combined total of around £500,000.

The company, which operates noodle bars throughout south and east London, is understood to be consolidating although it also has plans to expand into other regions.

The three sites to be put on the market are:

• A 2,400 sq ft site on Haymarket, central London (£350,000);
• A 2,000 sq ft site in Stroud Green, north London (£50,000);
• A 2,500 sq ft site in Richmond, Surrey (£150,000).

The ten-year-old firm also operates sites in Hoxton, Islington, Bromley, and Beckenham in Kent.

Jonathan Moradoff, of Davis Coffer Lyons, which is handling the disposal, said: "We're delighted to have been instructed by Miso on the sale of these sites. They are fully fitted and in varied locations from West End hotspot Haymarket to affluent suburb Richmond, providing a good opportunity for a range of different operators who are looking to increase their portfolio."

The sites will be marketed individually and premium offers are invited.
