Celebrity chef Alan Murchison, who owns the Michelin-starred L'Ortolan and La Bécasse, has relaunched this restaurant in Bedfordshire, which was previously owned by the late Peter Chandler. Set in 22 acres of parkland, it accommodates 35 covers as well as private dining facilities.

Menu Modern British - dishes include hot smoked salmon with caper dressing and lemon purée; loin of venison with chestnuts and peppercorn jus; and carrot and mandarin jelly with cream cheese ice-cream.
