New aperitif from Domaine du Tariquet
Domaine du Tariquet has created an aperitif combining a subtle blend of Armagnac and grape juice.
The mix of Folle Blanche eau-de-vie and grape juice gives an intense bouquet of ripe fruits, cherry stalks and white blossom.
Tariquet selects the fruity aromas of grapes such as Gros Manseng, Chardonnay and Sauvignon at the beginning of their fermentation.
The transformation of sugar into alcohol is stopped by blending in the juice with a Folle Blanche eau-de-vie giving the aperitif a finesse with floral notes. The drink is 17% abv.
