Joe Delucci gelati from MKG Foods

Delicious ice-cream and low fat aren't words you often see together in a sentence, but the Italian manufacturer of the Joe Delucci brand claims to have produced a completely natural and creamy-tasting product with just 4% fat.

Italian Gelati are made with milk or water rather than cream, but according to the company it still has a thick and creamy texture due to a manufacturing process that doesn't add air. Varieties include Chocolate, Mango, Tiramisu, Raspberry, Nocciolata, Coconut and Classic Crème, all supplied in 4.8-litre packs.

The company has also added a selection of Italian Sorbetti (sorbets) with a minimum fruit content of 25%, including Lemon, Mandarin, Pink Grapefruit with Asti, and Forest Fruits, supplied in 2.5-litre tubs.
