Combis and counter-top appliances from Angelo Po - Hotelympia

The CombiStar FM423E - a baby professional combi-oven - makes its UK debut at Hotelympia. The 4.5kW oven measures just 700mm x 505mm x 500mm but can hold four 2/3 gastronorm containers.

Angelo Po will also be highlighting its innovative freestanding Concept 600 range of counter-top ambient, heated and refrigerated appliances (including pasta cookers, fryers, fast fry-tops, bratt pans, plates and bains-marie).

All feature the KTronic power system that uses three elements (low, medium and high) to provide precise temperature control (from full-power cooking to keeping food warm) and energy savings of up to 30%.
