The Marathon bread mix is rich in carbohydrates, fibre, vitamins and minerals, and the company claims its Sonfit Active Flora multigrain bread contains 3.5 times as much dietary fibre and twice as much protein as most other breads.
Kaybee's Sonfit Omega multigrain bread mix is rich in linseed and omega-3 fatty acids, and is suitable for vegetarian breads. The company claims it contains 70% more dietary fibre and 22% more protein than conventional breads. The Maize Bread mix makes bread with maize flour and maize pieces.
