Heart Attack Grill launches Quadruple Bypass Burger

Arizona fast-food restaurant, Heart Attack Grill, has cooked up its most challenging menu item yet, the Quadruple Bypass Burger.

Neatly avoiding any concession to healthy living, the quadruple bypass burger contains four beef patties, cheese, onions, tomatoes and fried bacon, weighing in at a belt bursting 8,000 calories.

The diner already offers patrons the triple and double-bypass burgers and Flatliner fries, cooked in pure lard, of course. It also has cigarettes and beer on its menu.

If this wasn’t hard enough on the average American’s ticker, the female waiting staff are decked out in nurses’ outfits.

Bizarrely this has prompted a threat of legal action from the Arizona State Board of Nursing, angered at their portrayal, and the appearance of a disclaimer on the restaurant website explaining waiting staff do not have any medical training.
