by News , Tuesday 24th October 2006 10:46

Contract caterer Missing Ingredients has appointed Tony Wicking as its new managing director.

Tony Wicking took over from former MD Sean Valentine on a temporary basis in July after stepping up from his role as operations director.

Charles Beer, chief executive of parent company Crown Group, said: “Tony’s appointment confirms the group’s continued confidence in both his personal abilities and our belief that Missing Ingredients has established a credible name in a highly competitive market.”

Missing Ingredients, which turns over about £3.7m per year and has 20 business and industry contracts, is looking to appoint a sales director to accelerate its current rate of growth.
