A new 20,000sq ft, £5m nightclub and restaurant are to open in London's Mayfair next spring with plans to roll out the brand to Madrid, Berlin and Moscow.
The new venture - so far nameless - comes from Carlos Almada and Bruce Colley, owners of the nightclub-restaurant brand Manray. The project includes a 120-seat American bistro at 33 Dover Street (currently Shoeless Joes), a 150-seat fine-dining room and a bar and nightclub at 17 Berkeley Street, the building immediately behind.
The project is being privately financed in conjunction with a loan from the Bank of Scotland.
