A new training deal for four students from Northampton College has been agreed at Rhodes Twenty Four, the restaurant run by Gary Rhodes in association with Restaurant Associates.
Adam Gray, head chef at Rhodes Twenty Four, situated in Tower 42 in the City of London, has devised a training programme with his former catering college.
Four promising students will get two weeks' work experience in the restaurant's kitchens twice a year, with the first period starting at the end of January 2004.
A spokeswoman for Restaurant Associates said: "If the students do well in their placement and do well in their college course, they might be offered a job at the restaurant".
