Bitter sweet experience

Venezuelan chocolate producer, El Rey has launched the new Caranero Superior line.

This line comprises Apamate 73.5 per cent - an extra bitter chocolate; Gran Saman 70 per cent - a thick, luscious chocolate with a fruity and nutty flavour; Mijao 61 per cent - a bitter sweet chocolate with a high fat content; Bucare 58.5 per cent - a slightly sweet dark chocolate; Caoba 41 per cent - milk chocolate with high cacao content and Icoa, a silky smooth, low sugar content white chocolate flavoured with natural vanilla.

The El Rey range is available in 80g bars, kilogram blocks and 5kg bags of pastilles.
