US equipment manufacturer Henny Penny is inextricably linked with pressure fryers, but it also produces a wide range of traditional deep-fat fryers in the USA. Now the UK importer of Henny Penny, ServEquip, is bringing the top-end range of Henny Penny auto-lift deep-fat fryers to this country.

The fryers, designed to meet the needs of operations with a high volume of French-fry throughput, are available in both gas and electric versions. As well as the normal single- and double-pan units, the fryers come in a triple-pan or four-pan versions.

The smallest of the auto-lift range is capable of a throughput of 72lb per hour.
